Do my clients need to download a separate mobile app?
No. Clients get check-ins, log meals and workouts, and ask questions in the WhatsApp chat they already use. There is nothing to install; an optional web portal is available if a client wants to see their progress.
How does ZoetiCoach AI answer questions using my custom plans?
You upload your plans as PDF, Word, TXT or Markdown files, or as photos of printed pages. ZoetiCoach indexes them and answers client questions from your own instructions, showing which section of the plan each answer came from.
Will the AI ever say something wrong in my name?
It is built to answer only from your uploaded plan. Questions outside it, such as supplements, pain or unusual swaps, are held and sent to you for one-tap approval before any reply goes out.
Is ZoetiCoach built for India's DPDP Act?
Yes. ZoetiCoach includes consent capture, per-coach data isolation, audit records and tools for client data requests. These support your DPDP readiness; they are not a compliance certification.
